Italian-style Steel Support is a professional temporary structural component designed for large-scale construction projects such as deep foundation pits, tunnels, high-rise building foundations, and pipe galleries. Its core function is to provide stable lateral and vertical supporting forces, effectively preventing soil collapse and structural deformation, and thus ensuring construction safety. Composed of standardized steel pipes, sections or composite components, this product is assembled into an integrated support system via bolts or welding. Made of Q355B and above high-strength steel, the product’s structure is optimized through finite element analysis. The design axial compression bearing capacity of a single φ609 standard support pipe can reach over 2500kN. Combined with patented flexible joint and pre-applied axial force technology, it can precisely control foundation pit deformation and protect the safety of adjacent buildings.
The product adopts 100% standardized and modular design, with highly interchangeable components. The bolted quick coupling connection mode improves installation efficiency by more than 60% compared with traditional welding methods. Each set of support system can be reused 8–12 times under proper maintenance, which significantly reduces the comprehensive construction cost.
Equipped with an integrated axial force automatic monitoring system, the product has a real-time monitoring accuracy of ±1%. The monitoring data can be remotely transmitted and viewed through the Internet of Things platform. When the axial force change exceeds the warning value of ±10%, the system will trigger an automatic alarm. Matching with the servo hydraulic system, it can realize dynamic compensation and adjustment of supporting axial force.
All products in the series are processed by CNC plasma precise blanking and beveling, with the end flatness error ≤1mm. For surface treatment, the product offers multiple options including spraying, powder spraying, electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing to meet different anti-corrosion requirements of construction environments.
