Baked Blue Customizable Steel Support Series serves as a critical temporary structural component for construction projects, including deep foundation pits, tunnels and large-scale structural construction. It provides stable lateral and vertical support to prevent soil collapse and structural deformation, thus ensuring construction safety. The product is composed of standardized steel pipes, sections or composite components, connected by bolts or welding. It boasts strong load-bearing capacity, high rigidity, quick installation and disassembly, as well as reusable performance. Product Advantage
The product adopts Q355B and above high-strength steel and optimizes the structure via finite element analysis. A single φ609 standard support pipe has a design axial compression bearing capacity of over 2500kN. It is combined with patented flexible joints and pre-applied axial force technology, which can effectively control foundation pit deformation and protect surrounding buildings.
It realizes 100% standardized and modular design with highly interchangeable components. The bolted quick couplings increase installation efficiency by more than 60% compared with traditional welding methods. On average, a set of support systems can be reused 8 to 12 times, significantly cutting down the comprehensive project cost.
The integrated axial force automatic monitoring system has a real-time accuracy of ±1%. Data can be remotely monitored through the Internet of Things platform. When the axial force changes exceed the warning value of ±10%, an automatic alarm will be triggered. Matching with the servo hydraulic system, it can achieve dynamic compensation and adjustment of supporting axial force.
All products in the series use CNC plasma precise blanking and beveling processing, with the end flatness error ≤1mm. They strictly comply with standards such as the Technical Code for Foundation Pit Support of Buildings (JGJ120). Each batch of products is provided with material inspection reports, and 100% flaw detection testing is carried out on key welds.
The standardized design reduces the material loss rate to less than 3%, basically achieving on-site zero waste. Full-cycle services from foundation pit design consultation to dismantling and recycling are available. For special projects, supports of various specifications ranging from φ300 to φ1200mm and composite sections can be customized to meet complex geological requirements.

There are multiple types available, including Spanish, Italian and Middle East types, adopting single-row scaffolding lapping form. The steel grade is Q195 or Q235, and the tube thickness ranges from 1.5-2.5mm to 1.5-3.5mm. The base plate can be square, flower-shaped or U-head type, and the pin types include G pin, line pin and wire pin. The transport package can be loose packing, steel strip or pallet.

After each recycling, the components will undergo flaw detection, straightening and anti-corrosion treatment to ensure their mechanical properties meet the requirements for the next use, and a test report will be provided.

The steel support system has high flexibility. Through various combination methods such as longitudinal and transverse bracing, corner bracing and eccentric arrangement, combined with adjustable-length flexible heads, it can meet the support requirements of most irregular foundation pits.
The installation and removal are highly efficient. With standardized components and bolted techniques, the installation of a standard section can usually be completed within a few hours. The demolition efficiency is even higher, and the components can be directly transported to the next construction site, greatly saving construction time.
