The core material passes national fire certification, meeting the B1-level flame-retardant standard, with optional A-level fireproof composite core material available. The production process adopts an environmentally friendly fluorine-free foaming technology (cyclopentane system). Surface sheet materials include PPGI, PPGL, aluminum sheets, Al-Mg-Mn alloy metal sheets, stainless steel, aluminum foils and PVC sheets. The thickness of steel sheets is 0.40-0.75mm, aluminum and Al-Mg-Mn alloy sheets are 0.70-1.20mm, and stainless steel sheets are 0.40-0.60mm. Regular panel colors are white grey, sea blue, silver grey, dark grey and iron grey, with coating types including PE, PVDF, HDP and SMP. The maximum length is limited by container size: ≤5.95m for 20FT containers and ≤11.95m for 40FT containers.
