The core material of the panels uses an advanced formula, with a thermal conductivity ranging from 0.022 to 0.024 W/(m·K). Its insulation performance is 3 to 5 times that of traditional roof materials. High-Strength Lightweight Structure & Safe Reliability

Produced via precise composite molding on imported German continuous production lines, the panels have a compressive strength of over 150kPa. The surface layer is a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel plate, with a corrosion resistance life of over 25 years. Third-party tests prove that the system has no leakage risk under heavy rain and strong wind conditions, and a 15-year warranty is provided for the whole roofing system.


B1/A Level Fire Resistance & Green Environmental Protection

The standard core material has passed national fire protection certification and meets the B1-level flame-retardant standard. A-level fireproof composite core material is also available as an option for high-demand projects. The production process adopts environmentally friendly fluorine-free foaming technology based on the cyclopentane system. The product has obtained China Green Building Materials Product Certification, making it ideal for industries with strict environmental requirements such as food and medicine.

The surface sheets offer diverse options, including PPGI, PPGL, aluminum sheets, Al-Mg-Mn alloy metal sheets, stainless steel, aluminum foils and PVC sheets. The thickness of steel sheets is 0.40-0.75mm, while Al-Mg-Mn alloy metal sheets are 0.70-1.20mm, and stainless steel sheets are 0.40-0.60mm. Regular panel colors cover white grey, sea blue, silver grey, dark grey and iron grey. Coating type choices include PE, PVDF, HDP and SMP. For transportation convenience, the panel length is limited to ≤5.95m for 20FT containers and ≤11.95m for 40FT containers.
