Product Introduction
Polyurethane roof panels are premium high-performance building envelope materials engineered for diverse architectural applications. The panels adopt a composite structure, with high-quality color-coated steel plates as the surface layer and rigid polyurethane foam with a closed-cell rate of over 95% as the core material. They are manufactured through a continuous automated production line to ensure consistent quality and performance. Integrating outstanding thermal insulation, efficient waterproofing, light weight and high strength into one, these panels boast an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/(m·K), which is far superior to traditional insulation materials. They are widely applied in roofing systems of industrial plants, logistics warehouses, commercial buildings and modern agricultural facilities, delivering reliable integrated energy-saving solutions for building projects.

Product Advantage
The core material of the panels uses an advanced formula, with a thermal conductivity ranging from 0.022 to 0.024 W/(m·K). Its insulation performance is 3 to 5 times that of traditional roof materials. Practical tests show that buildings using these panels can reduce roof surface temperature by more than 20℃ in summer and cut winter heat energy loss by over 60%, helping achieve a comprehensive building energy-saving rate of 40% to 50%. This advantage makes the panels a top choice for energy-efficient building projects.
Produced via precise composite molding on imported German continuous production lines, the panels have a compressive strength of over 150kPa. They feature excellent wind resistance and lifting performance, allowing direct walking on the surface for maintenance work. With a density of only 40-45kg/m³, the panels are over 90% lighter than traditional concrete roofs. This effectively reduces the load on building structures and foundation construction costs, making them especially suitable for large-span factory buildings and renovation projects.
The panels adopt an exclusive patented 360° lock seam lap joint system, combined with special waterproof sealing tape, to form a fully sealed waterproof layer. The surface layer is a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel plate, with a corrosion resistance life of over 25 years. Third-party tests prove that the system has no leakage risk under heavy rain and strong wind conditions, and a 15-year warranty is provided for the whole roofing system.
The standard core material has passed national fire protection certification and meets the B1-level flame-retardant standard. A-level fireproof composite core material is also available as an option for high-demand projects. The production process adopts environmentally friendly fluorine-free foaming technology based on the cyclopentane system. The product has obtained China Green Building Materials Product Certification, making it ideal for industries with strict environmental requirements such as food and medicine.
Technical Parameters
The effective width of the polyurethane roof panels ranges from 400mm to 1000mm, and the available panel thickness includes multiple specifications: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm, to meet different project needs. The surface sheets offer diverse options, including PPGI, PPGL, aluminum sheets, Al-Mg-Mn alloy metal sheets, stainless steel, aluminum foils and PVC sheets. The thickness of steel sheets is 0.40-0.75mm, while Al-Mg-Mn alloy metal sheets are 0.70-1.20mm, and stainless steel sheets are 0.40-0.60mm. Regular panel colors cover white grey, sea blue, silver grey, dark grey and iron grey. Coating type choices include PE, PVDF, HDP and SMP. For transportation convenience, the panel length is limited to ≤5.95m for 20FT containers and ≤11.95m for 40FT containers.

FAQ
Absolutely. Our panels are equipped with the 360° lock edge lap system and dedicated waterproof tape. They have passed strict wind lift resistance and simulated heavy rain tests, forming a complete physical waterproof layer that ensures long-term no leakage even in harsh weather.
The standard panels meet the B1-grade flame-retardant standard and have national fire protection product certification. For public buildings with higher fire safety requirements, we can provide A-level fireproof composite panels that fully meet strict building code requirements.
No extra insulation layer is needed. The polyurethane core material itself is a highly efficient insulation layer with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m·K). The integrated design can fully satisfy the energy-saving and insulation needs of both civil and industrial buildings.
The 55% aluminum-zinc alloy surface layer has a design life of over 25 years. We provide a 15-year quality guarantee for the entire roofing system, covering key performance aspects including waterproofing, thermal insulation and structural integrity.
